Rivers of Life Ministries plans to acquire a minimum of 50 acres of land to build a State of an Art Centre for the Ministry.
This will include:

• A 25,000 seat Sanctuary
• A training and education centre
• A Superstore
• A restaurant to cater different kinds of dishes
• A nursery for young children extended for community use.
• A leisure complex that will have a health facilities, swimming pool, etc
• A multisport  buildings / areas for the community use
• A children’s hall
• A Youth hall
• A media and a studio to accommodate audience for Television broadcast
• A bookstore
• Gardens of His presence
• A multi-storey building for ministry offices 

Rivers of Life Ministries also plans to build education centres in East Africa.

Rivers of Life Ministries will establish an institution that will empower God’s people to receive advice on how to invest, acquire and have access to true wealth and riches within God’s Kingdom. This vision is birthed from the Scripture in Deuteronomy 15:6, which says that “the Lord your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.
